Unboxing Video Terms

ToyDip.com Unboxing Video Submission Terms & Conditions

By submitting a video of yourself unboxing a product from ToyDip.com ("the Company"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. License to Use Your Video: You grant ToyDip.com and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right and license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from the video content you submit in any media, now known or hereafter devised, for marketing and promotional purposes.

2. Ownership: You represent that you are the owner of the video content or have the necessary rights and permissions to grant ToyDip.com the license described in section 1.

3. Privacy and Publicity: You consent to ToyDip.com using your name, image, and likeness as depicted in the video for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to have your name associated with the video, please notify us in writing at luke@toydip.com at the time of submission.

4. Compensation: You will receive a £25 voucher to be spent on ToyDip.com as compensation for the use of your video content in accordance with these terms and conditions.

This voucher will waive £25 off your order, there will be no minimum order value that this is applicable to & the voucher will only be redeemable once. This voucher will not apply to any postage fees.

5. Release and Waiver: You release ToyDip.com, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, and liabilities related to the use of the video content as described in these terms and conditions.

6. Discretionary Use: ToyDip.com reserves the right to use or not use any video content submitted at its sole discretion.

7. Modification and Termination: ToyDip.com may modify or terminate these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

By submitting your video, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not submit your video.
