As the festive season approaches, we want to make sure you’re fully prepped for a stress-free Christmas with us! Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about delivery deadlines and when our team will be taking a well-earned break.

🎁 When do I need to order for guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery?

  • For Evri Standard Delivery, place your order by 2pm on the 20th of December to guarantee* delivery before Christmas.
  • For DPD Next Day Delivery, order by 2pm on the 23rd of December to guarantee* gifts arrive in time for the big day!

*These guarantees depend on Evri and DPD delivering as expected

When will customer service be unavailable?
Our team will be offline from:

  • 5pm on the 24th of December, returning at 9am on the 27th of December.
  • 5pm on the 30th of December, returning at 9am on the 2nd of January.

While we’ll be enjoying a festive break, we’ll make sure to tackle any messages or queries as soon as we’re back, so you aren’t left hanging.

📦 Can I still place orders over Christmas?
Absolutely! Our website is always open for browsing and orders. Orders placed after the delivery cut-off times or during our closure will be processed as soon as we’re back in action.
