1. Competition Overview
Customers who make a purchase on ToyDip.com between November 1, 2023, and December 31, 2023, will be automatically entered into a draw to win a £250 voucher to spend on ToyDip.com.
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years and older at the time of entry.
Employees of ToyDip.com, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, or any other companies involved in the competition, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Only one entry per customer will be allowed, regardless of the number of purchases made during the competition period.
3. Competition Period
The competition will commence at 00:01 (GMT) on November 1, 2023, and close at 23:59 (GMT) on December 31, 2023.
Entries received outside of this period will not be eligible for the draw.
4. How to Enter
To enter, customers must make a purchase on ToyDip.com during the competition period.
Each customer is limited to one entry only, regardless of the number of purchases made within the specified dates.
Entry into the competition is automatic upon completion of a purchase, and no further action is required from the customer.
5. Prize
There is one prize of a £250 ToyDip.com voucher to be won.
The voucher is redeemable only on ToyDip.com and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other form of currency.
The voucher must be used within 12 months of issuance, after which any remaining balance will be forfeited.
6. Selection of Winner
The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries within two weeks of the competition's end date.
The selection process will be conducted under the supervision of an independent party or an authorized ToyDip.com representative to ensure fairness.
7. Notification of Winner
The winner will be notified via the email address associated with their ToyDip.com purchase.
ToyDip.com will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner within five (5) business days of the draw.
If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, ToyDip.com reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
By entering this competition, participants agree that their personal information may be stored and processed by ToyDip.com solely for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting the winner.
ToyDip.com adheres to all applicable data protection laws and will not share participants' information with any third parties, except as necessary to administer the competition.
9. Use of Voucher
The £250 ToyDip.com voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash or any other items of equivalent value.
The voucher can only be redeemed on ToyDip.com and cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions unless otherwise stated.
10. General Conditions
ToyDip.com reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition in whole or in part at any time, including in the event of fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond ToyDip.com’s reasonable control that could impact the fairness or integrity of the competition.
ToyDip.com reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these terms and conditions or engaging in any other improper or fraudulent conduct.
ToyDip.com shall not be held responsible for any issues relating to the delivery of emails, including failure due to invalid email addresses, spam filtering, or any other technical failures.
11. Limitation of Liability
ToyDip.com shall not be liable for any loss, damage resulting from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize, except in cases of personal injury caused by ToyDip.com’s negligence.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By entering this competition, participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
