Returns policy

Our no quibble returns policy is 30 days.

If you’ve changed your mind, please return your item—unused and in original condition—within 30 days. We’ll give you an exchange or refund, so long as original packaging is in good condition and the product can be resold at full price.

If your item is faulty, please also return it within 30 days and we’ll give you an exchange or refund. If it’s been longer, get in touch and we’ll do what we can.

Please note:

• We aim to process refunds within 7 days of receiving the return at our warehouse.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

• Exchanges are not guaranteed and only offered if stock is available.

• We are not liable for returns that are lost or damaged on their way to us.

• If you’ve changed your mind, you may have to pay for return shipping costs.

• Customers who place bulk orders of a single item on ToyDip.com are subject to a 20% restocking fee for returns or cancellations, with the fee deducted from the refund amount.

How to return

1. Complete the returns form by visiting our returns portal. Specify if you’d like a refund or exchange.

2. Print your free returns courier label.

3. Highlight the item(s) you are returning on the Delivery Note and include this in the package.

4. Pack your item(s) securely to minimise the chance of damage.

5. Place the courier label on the outside of the package, covering or removing old labels.

6. Ship your package to the following address: ToyDip Returns, Unit 9, Leeds Bradford Airport,

   Harrogate Road, Yeadon, West Yorkshire, LS19 7WP.
